There is no point in either pessimism or optimism. They are only irrational concepts at opposite extremes of the logic spectrum.

So apparently I just found out the name for something I've had ever since I was near my early middle school days(I'm in college now).
I could never help someone with manual labor, go outside for long periods in the sun, go under certain social situations, or just exercise(something I try to do every other day) without itching excessively from the sudden high temperature change in my body.

My family and friends always thought I would often make up excuses about the itch so I could skip out on chores or to avoid going out during summer days so I could stay at home and do nothing(though I do enjoy this, it was not something I would do if someone asked for my help).
I hibernate and never go out of my house during every summer because of this as well; I am fearful of this nearly-painful itch of mine that plagues my daily life.

I'm going to try to look more things up on this at the moment, but I'd like to know, does anyone else here have what I have, or at least know someone who may have it?
I've never met anyone else with it.

Is there a rash? The wiki says it somes with what looks like heat rash. I always get itchy when I sweat (no rash), but one time I got too hot and I got a painful heat rash that lasted for weeks. I think it was triggered by alcohol consumption and skateboarding in the heat.

If this applies, it indicates you have a 'mental problem' at the core.
Not really surprising. for an IntrovertNTJ. Stress is getting lots of medical attention and as a result are linking the mental causes to the physical consequences.
