I wish you could add more info below the avatar, specifically age, sex, and country or location.

The reason for this, is that in my point of view, this forum is particularly interesting because you can share and learn from experiences of people with similar minds, but in different context, and having this information shown under the avatar whenever someone posts, added to the MBTI already shown, will be very useful when reading other peoples points of view.

Why do you think it's going to be useful? I personally don't find ASL important so I don't indicate them usually even in social networks. Much more in a typology forum like INTJf.

It is conceivably a waste of space, and I kind of understand location but other personality indicators, especially global 5, might be better than the other info to me.

The user profile has fields to contain this kind of information. As for the thread view, minimalistic design aids legibility, which itself is a primary function of that template. Ideally we want the visual learning curve for the main templates to be as gentle as is feasible over the features.

I too need more than a name and a picture. I need more than they text they post on a thread to judge an individual's merit.

I will require country of origin, religion, blood type, income bracket and sexual orientation.

IQ needs to list which test or do we just correct all to a Wechsler estimate?

Smell? Of all mammals you'd know that varies considerably and could take a paragraph.

Women go by fingers, or we need more specialized equipment? Circumference would normally be more important outside of porn though we could go with both for both.

Predicted age of death or estimated age at death (which would make any posting much more interesting)?

Does a stoma count?

There could be an "INTJf Enhancement Suite" which offers this feature and many more! Customizable themes! Member age/gender/location! Animated avatars! For a modest monthly fee, of course.

I can see why you'd want to know more information for research purposes, but when it comes to clear communication, I actually think that the MBTI type can be detrimental. I know that I've read a type before and had it influence my perception of the poster.

Considering how many people here can't seem to sotp mentioning it, it'd certainly be a nice way to "get it out of their system".
