personal tag system

It would be handy if you could write a tag(s) on users, only you see the tag. If you have an important impression of someone that you think has a high chance of being true, you could tag that someone with that impression. So a lot of people would probably tag me as "pervert", this could come in handy in talks about sex and romance and women and stuff. But also in other threads, where they forgot who I was, but when they have typed me as pervert, they'll connect the dots. There are so many posters on this forum and I can't make them all out.

If this is not possible, I'd like tags made by admins.

The tags could be written under the usernames instead of the new member, member, vetaran, core member and how many procent of 4,000 they have, which I find stupid since you can already see how many posts people have made.
