It's odd, because I notice that my HR during heavy running is usually at the calculated 100% max Hr, which is about 30-50bpm above what the calculations say it should be. |

I will probably never remember to check my pulse when i wake up. My most immediate reaction is to get out of bed before i fall back asleep.
