It's a tie between kindness and intelligence for me. Undiscerning kindness has horrible results just as intelligence without some (even limited) compassion/positive emotion is doomed to be received poorly by other human beings.

I've met incredibly intelligent people that are cold as ice and I wouldn't want to date them just as I know other people don't want to date me if I act the same way (which I sometimes do and can be a problem for me with the ladies). Then again, I've met people that are always happy and that just doesn't sit well for me, especially when they start treading on reality for the sake of kindness.

So I change my answer to this: Moderation, the ability to moderate the multiple aspects of one's existence.

Nothing. I'm attracted to sexual traits, not androgynous ones. If I downloaded the qualities of 'intelligence', 'humor', 'perceptiveness' or anything into an AI, which starts exhibiting these traits, I wouldn't be licking its screen.
