They can be one in the same, considering the mastery of a musical instrument requires a high level of retention along with an ability to use those tools. Serious jazz improv requires both study of musical theory and a willingness to let it hang loose.

How your premise relates to found art vs. physics may never be reconciled though.

There was a post quite a while ago that touched on this. The jist was that brain cells are either CPU (creativity, working stuff out) or ROM (simple storage of facts, lots of facts). It seems to hold well in my experience. I can't remember shit but i'm fairly creative. All things being equal, i'm quite happy to be a creative rather than a dull bookshelf.

Cro Magnons made a civilization, Noah was a cro magnon, then a dolphin from the future asked him to build a ship to save a couple of all the animals their family could eat.

He built an ark, the world got flown, but, they were told not to see outside the ship, they were been moved to the past.

They were delivered to the world of the neanderthals, and that is why there is a missing link related to Noah's ark, the missing link between neanderthals and cro magnons

Is that creativity combined with knowledge?

Or Plato's cave perhaps was telling about Plato coming to the future, and saying that ponds were monitor screens?

Yes. I am creative (I am a designer, although creativity as someone said is not limited to aethetics).

I remember most of what a read or see on TV without consciously trying to. I think its because INTJ types tend to quickly and easily understand and categorise new information. And I think it's true of everyone that you tend to remember most the things that you are interested in.

I have above average general knowledge and then there specific topics that I think I know more about than probably 90% of people.
