	In order to be charged as a war criminal, you have to be on the losing side. When the US and UK governments start calling their WWII Air Force leaders Curtis LeMay and Arthur Harris war criminals, then I might start taking the concept seriously.

I am not familiar with the war Mladic participated in so I googled it. From what I read, it seems Mladic WAS ON THE LOSING SIDE.

Does this change things ?

	He's a sacrificial lamb. He didn't do anything the Serbs don't actually approve of, deep in their hearts. Speaking of that, he didn't do anything the average white non-muslim European or American doesn't approve of, deep in their hearts.

Why do they have to be white ? What does race have to do with this, since both warring groups were white ?
