Gotta admit that I'm kind of embarrassed about my voice but here it goes.

Accent: product of living around many different random groups of people, learning new languages, and possible head trauma.

, as usual, but I only flubbed up question number 9. That's not too bad for me, as I'm not that great of a speaker and I kept it brief.

That is a fantastic accent. It makes me want to go watch a medieval movie like Excalibur.

Now that I know you have an English/British accent, I will look at your user name and think of it as Tough, Love.

Yes. For some reason before hearing him I believed Germans didn't have the same Rs as us French. However, he pronounces his very similarly to ours. He says "theatre" in exactly the same way it would have been pronounced in French.

Yeah, when I was learning German this was immediately what I noticed too. I thought: Isn't that how the French pronounce their Rs?

Actually, he has two kinds of Rs. One is the barely audible one when he says Germany.

The other was when he says Cont-UVULAR-aption .

You sound kind of German to me?

Being Swedish myself, I think he sounds really Swedish. Or Swinglish (=swedish + english).

(lol sorry for their bad language). Swedes articulate more. Germans roll more. If that makes sense.

Edit: oh, I started typing when there were only 2-3 pages, then I went to do something else and POFF, 7 pages. I guess you already covered the swe/ger difference then.

Edit 2: I have to confess I get a little bit nervous when I click the links, but good-nervous.

It's two different soundtracks combined into one (intro + pronounciation), so the transition might sound a bit odd.
