Hello, new here, my intj gf introduced me to this forum and I've been a lurker for a wile. Been tempted to post before but the "you must post to view full posts" seemed like a carrot on a stick game and chose not to post... a few times.

Wolverine. The Red Baron. "Dirty" Harry Callahan. Sam Spade. Snake Plissken.

You're in good company.

You wouldn't happen to be a motocycle-riding weapons expert, would you?

It's great to be here at the Forum! Yay!

Welcome, Miracle Whip! I'm not a thought criminal, and I always follow every rule. In fact, I am the poster child for rule followers here... heh, heh... as they say, "Boy, that Dog is a rule followin' hound!"

Yes! "Rules Rule!", that's my motto! Heh, heh...

He lies! Whatever you do don't put on one of his tinfoil hats. He says they're to stop the dirty thought criminals from stealing your thoughts but he is the thought criminal. The mastermind of them. The tinfoil hats are all a ploy. He uses them to calibrate this thought reading machine. I tried to warn the others but it was too late...there was no hope for them...I did what had to be done...they're in a better place now.

Welcome.
ISTP + INTJ?
That's what I call an independent duo.

I won't link to the "Brutally honest personality test" results for an ISTP.

That's funny because as a child I rode around on tiny little 50cc motorcycle read guns and ammo/soldier of fortune, hung out in gun shops and army surplus stores, practiced sniping with my pellet gun in the tree in the back yard and wanted to be a cia assassin.

Aaaa childhood dreams, that's similar to what the bike looked like only not as old dirty and it was yellow.

I grew up to be an industrial construction worker bouncing from oil refinery pipe fitter to high steel iron worker, tilt up carpenter, window setter etc.

^that's a tilt up, you pour concrete walls on the ground then have a crane tilt them up and into place, an accident means a closed casket funeral.

Wait.. I thought rule #1 for ISTPs was "don't talk about fight club"... or was that rule #2, I can't quite seem to remember. I am however quite certain that rule #2 for INTJs is "never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line", coming in just after "never get involved in a land war in Asia".

Was Vizzini an INTJ?

It just seems so "inconceivable".

HaH! He only thought I was a thought criminal, but that's not what anyone else thought!

But I think I thought that he thought others thought I am a thought criminal... but it's only what he thought they thought; it isn't what I think they thought, or what I think they'd think they actually thought.

What do you think?

That is pretty much the job discription. But you forgot the part about being a pack mule and must not be afraid of heights.

Well, a caricature of one at least. In reality they're not nearly so willing to divulge their diabolical plot no matter how convinced they are that it is infallible.
