Anime sites

Does anyone know of any safe (malware, spyware, virus free) websites in which one could watch Anime for free? I've been watching some off of dailymotion for a while, but the series that I was watching at the time got deleted from the website before I had the chance to finish it, due to copyright issues I suppose. Suggestions are most welcome.

If you prefer streaming, Crunchy Roll is probably the most popular one. I kinda see people use Anime44 often too.
I've only visited them a few times and they both seem safe.

Crunchy Roll, I've heard of that site before. I am not familiar with Anime44 however.
Both are good for streaming Anime you say? I don't plan on dowloading anything; I am exclusively interested in streaming videos.

I am also somewhat of a viral-phobic, I won't ever visit a site unless I know beforehand that it is 99.99% safe. I will ask around in regards to the sites that you mentioned. Thanks.

Heh, well, I've been downloading off TokyoTosho/nyaa since forever and I've never gotten even a single warning for a virus--not even for the occasional hentai joke (oops, did I say that out loud?) utorrent says it's at 500 GB since last update so we're talking a lot of files. The fansubbers really have no reason to stick a virus and I think the sites filter crap out.

I like animetake.com since they have the widest variety of download links and usually in 720p, can't speak to it's malware status.
