Can we please get a block on these threads. It seems like nothing gets accomplished. Even when people try to communicate civilly one side or the other always tends to get mad and start spouting off bullshit. I know, I watch them to see if anything will actually make me feel like I'm a bad person for being an understudy of the pickup arts. It's safe to say nothing has yet. Personally I'm offended by many of the posts that arise. I live by a strict moral code and have never used pickup to manipulate anyone, well no more so than I do when not trying to get a date. There seems to be an absolute ignorance surrounding the subject and it's becoming frustrating, to say the least, to read the sexist/feminist posts that tend to show up where they don't belong. So to alleviate all the anxiety caused by this post, I suggest we no longer allow this topic to be brought up.

You needn't read threads that you do not want to read.

If you see that the overwhelming majority is against it and assume the problem is them and not you/PUA, then you're not actually looking for their opinions and you're already convinced that PUA is the right approach for you. If you're not looking for opinions, then you're looking for drama, so exercise some self-control and don't click on them.

It's not about drama, some of us have found comfort and success in pickup, it's none of anyone else's damn business how we get our dates, friends, or connections. It all comes down to oppression of the socially/sexually inept, and that's exactly why I don't understand why more intjs on this forum don't understand that pickup is actually a good thing. In all reality, it's nothing more than training and education, which something like 90% of the forum says they love using their time for anyway. Most of the comments are just wrong, and sexist, as I've said before. It's just another way for the feminazis to push us down and keep us down.

Oppressed by a discussion on the internet. I'm afraid that's the type of emancipation you'll have to win on your own. With words or bold mouse-clicks.
