Lately, I have had an urge to figure out who I am--as most of you had--through self-reflection and literature regarding personality types. Over the period of about a month, all personality tests came back as Strategist, INTJ, Scientist, or any other derivative. INTJ explained me perfectly, almost too well. Haha!

I will be creating many threads in the near future, hopefully captivating the essence of the mechanics of our thought-pattern... after all, we're all INTJ's, right? This will include social engineering (Positive engineering), theoretical physics, strategy, and philosophy!

It is good to finally be aboard!

We are mostly INTJs here, but you'll still find plenty of debate and even conflict going on. Trying to "captivating the essence of the mechanics of our thought-pattern" sounds something akin to herding cats.

Still, as long as you don't take it too seriously you should enjoy it here.

Will do! If one were to create a thread that the majority of INTJ's had an interest in, would they not flock to it in congruence to hungry kittens flocking to newly opened cat-food? Everyone wants a bite! Some will even shove others out of the way to get more! Haha!

Perhaps. However, we are still a fairly varied bunch. Regardless, I wish you luck in finding a topic that will draw us in like kittens to the chow. Nice analogy BTW!

Into the "midst" or "mist"?

Into the mist causes me to wonder if you are among the lost visitors that have fortuitously wandered in having seen the brief parting of the mist that only occurs once every century.

We are more special than those of Brigadoon, however.

Welcome!

(Watch out for potion-tainted apples.)

Welcome, Tigress.

I greatly look forward to learning of Warfare from one whose Title is tied to Athena.

Midst, haha. (a position of proximity to the members of a group)
I like your description better, so either work

Thanks! I look forward to it as well; I've been trying to find people who are interested in strategy

That shouldn't be difficult on an INTJ forum.
