This time in the class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart. While I'm not too fond of Wal-Mart myself this case was ridiculous it was a class action lawsuit involving every single female in the company because of alleged gender discrimination. At least the courts made the right decision and reversed the 9th Circuit's decision.

So basically they said only, "this is not a valid class action suit, because the plaintiffs do not meet the standard definition of a group allowed to make a class action suit," without in any way discouraging individual employees who feel they were specifically targeted from seeking personal redress. Well done! |
