To the question in the OP, no. However, three INTJ men that I know in person were often thought to be gay in their teens because they weren't super interested in dating.

This happened/happens to me.

Also, in late elementary school, I was developing sexual interest before it became "normal" in high school. Basically, I was shutdown SO many times due to my pre-mature interest in girls, that this followed me through high-school as low self-esteem.

I have not been around that many INTJs or INFJs. The ones I have been around have made me wonder if these personality types might be more likely to be gay or bi? Or into BDSM and other "deviant" sexual behaviors.

If only because INTJs and INFJs see less value in maintaining social standards.

And, for statistical purposes, hell yah I enjoy being deviant.

Well, I'm male and hetero, and have given up on women. But didn't decide (or want) to either pitch or catch for the other team. So, there's a data point.

My only intj friend is gay. He used to be a talk of the town because at 25, everyone knew he's gay except himself. So I helped him come out by capitalizing on "truth". Intjs love truth. And I convinced him with the idea that it is a popular knowledge that gays and lesbians are naturally more talented than the straight ones (though I don't believe it to be true). I'm glad gays and lesbians are accepted in my country so it wouldn't be a problem for him to come out. Now, he's happily living a gay life (a decent gay lifestyle).

I'm pansexual and polyamorous, for anyone who cares. I don't think INTJs are more likely to be gay/bi/whatever than anyone else, but the way we tend to look at commonly held values (like strict heterosexuality) and then dismiss them as relics if we can't find a reason to believe in their sanctity could lead to a larger than average ammount of experimentation.

Most people are going to find us very hard to read, or get to know. And it's very unlikely that we will sit around and chit chat about relationships and such in our lives, so with little to no information most people are going to lean towards us being gay or bi.
