How many INTJ's who are married still socialize with one or more close friends without your spouses involvement, meaning they're your friends and not necessarily your spouses? If you do, were they friends prior to your marriage?

Yeah, we both socialize independently, him more than I since he's an E. We socialize as a couple with a few other couples, as well. We've been married forever so those friends were acquired since we were married.

Other than the occassional after work, not-required-but-I-think-I-should-attend functions, I don't socialize with anyone else. My wife, who is not an INTJ (she's an ESFJ) goes out once or twice a month with a couple of her co-workers. They were her friends before we got married.

Warrior that's like looking in a mirror for me. My wife's is also an ESFJ and does the same thing, and like you outside of work I really don't socialize. Problem is I'm trying to change that. |
