Questions about Moderation
Preferred Communication: Private Messaging
If a post is edited or deleted it will leave behind a notice with the moderator's name on it. You should ask them why your post was moderated before contacting an administrator to ask about it. If you cannot resolve your issue with the moderator, then contact an administrator using the contact an admin or global subforum. Always include links when asking about your posts. If your post has been deleted and can't be linked to directly, provide a link to a nearby post within the thread. If you have a question about a thread tell us the title of the thread and the subforum it was posted to.

Questions about Warnings or Infractions

We no longer offer Infraction support via private messaging. Please use the Contact an Admin or Global subforum if you have questions about your infraction.

Editing/Deleting Your Posts, Changing Thread Titles, Adding/Updating Polls, Etc.
Preferred Communication: Report Button
While we don't mass delete posts or make major changes to posts others have already responded to, we sometimes do honor requests to make changes to your posts or threads you can't edit yourself. If you would like to make a request, please use the report button on the post you would like to alter. The report button isn't only for rule violations; it will send the request to the moderator assigned to the appropriate area automatically and they won't have to manually search for the threads or posts.

Account Deletions
Preferred Communication: Nowhere
We don't delete user accounts or entire post histories by request under any circumstances. We also won't lock members out of their accounts or ban on request.

Username Changes
Preferred Communication: Contact an Administrator
Username changes are usually granted to very new accounts as long as the username is available. Username change requests are not often granted to established accounts, but you may still put in a request. If the request is only for a minor change such as changing capitalization, adding or removing spaces, fixing a typo, or a shorter version of a long username, we will usually grant the request even for established accounts. If you are requesting a new username, please post it to the Contact an Administrator subforum. Do not PM these requests to Jezebel or individual administrators. Don't forget to include what you want your username changed to.

Avatar Reservations
Preferred Communication: Contact an Administrator
We will sometimes remove avatars from the gallery if an established member has been using it for a very long time. If you would like to claim the avatar please create a thread in the contact an administrator subforum.

Bug Reports
Preferred Communication: Support & Feedback
Administrators are the only users who can fix bugs so it's okay to alert us in the Contact an Administrator subforum, but we prefer threads in Support & Feedback so we can see how many other users are experiencing the issue. Other users may have also already discovered work-arounds.
