    Oh, caught your thread about being stressed out with the kids. I don't know if this will work for you, but we used "time out" to discipline the kids. And sometimes Mommy would put herself in "time out" because she needed to calm down too. Of course the kids have to be left in a way that's safe, but mine were fairly easy to put into "quiet time" and they'd stay on the sofa and read kids books or pay Lego or watch (gag me) Barney. I could always depend on Fantasia to hold their interest.

    You might need to talk to your husband to see if he can spot you for a little "time off" on a regular basis too. Sometimes even just going to the grocers for a gallon of milk all by yourself can be...refreshing.

    If you have gluten sensitivity this might help you: www.allergytx.com. There's a list of docs that do the treatment on the site. I had a raft of food sensitivities to the point there was almost nothing safe for me to eat anymore. Now I can any "real" food. You don't have to live with gluten sensitivity anymore.
