This vaguely reminds me of the time my local feminist society threatened to bar me for using the word "stupid" (in reference to an argument, not a person) because people can't help lacking intelligence and it was offensive to stupid people to consider well-reasoned arguments superior to poorly-reasoned ones.

My parents get really angry when I note I'm getting close to 30.

...bah, 30 and even 50 isn't that old these days. Though my Dad insists that 70 feels damn old!

I was a bullied shrimp until I hit 8th grade, and by 10th grade I was six foot. Didn't stop growing until almost 12th grade. Stretch marks, growing pains, and crackling voice!

Odds are against him. Then again, I'm a solid 5-8" taller than my parents, inheriting the rare "tall" genes from my mother's side. A few of my relatives are giant like me, and the rest are quite short.

    *fingers crossed*

6'2" is a good height. Much more than that and he'll hit his head on things constantly (I'm pretty sure I've lost brain cells).

Thank you! The bad dreams about work only stopped this month...glorious! I've also taken the time to build up relationships that had been long neglected with my old schedule, which has really increased net happiness.

    Life is good!

P.S. If memory serves, your little one still kicking ass?

I just hit three months since my last day there. Feel like a new man. Haven't posted in my blog in weeks, because my daily life is so pleasant now. Need to start working a new job soon, account keeps shrinking. And no insurance. But I'm surprisingly content with my life atm.

It's also why I'm posting here so frequently, this place provides the mental stimulation I once derived from the job.

    Thanks for asking!

Er, maybe you want to be patient and let the opinions flow in naturally. I actually responded to Seriously completely on topic prior to seeing this message.
