Having someone to talk with might be helpful. Sometimes, our brain refuses to utilise all our mental faculties (and the rest of the psychological babbling). But yeah, keeping a conversation might help you let loose your anxieties. They spring out from inner turmoil and/or external conflict which are almost always in our subconscious.
