I am definitely going to experiment with this. I think setting the alarm so I am up for a bit and then try to go back to bed is probably best. It's interesting you have found going to bed normally doesn't seem to work as well. It makes sense actually especially when we may be over exhausted - I know with me that is common and I go right into a coma! :P I am definitely going to play around. Thanks for the help.
