ahh, I wish I could tell you it goes well, but I feel I've hit a nasty plateau.
I have a mesoecto body type and a relative thin frame for 6'0" 190 lbs.
While I note that I usually lift more than anyone else of similiar build at the gym, I am disappointed in my progress recently. What do you do when you plateau?

Question on squat form: Are you of the school with feet shoulder width apart and legs parallel, or feet wider than shoulder width apart and angled out?

MOO3 killed the series...I still play MOO2, though.

Are you familiar with the Galactic Civilizations series? Galactic Civilization II is the closest recent game I've found to MOO2.

He was the best by default; I couldn't put Drizzy, Weezy, or Eminem-lite in there, and J.Cole hasn't quite blown up yet. With Kanye, despite his mediocre rapping, his style has always been consistent and uncomprimised, and the guy made a half-hour video clip, so I had to hand it to him.

It goes. I got a couple of my friends into lifting, and we hit it up a few days a week; I swim as much as I can on the days which fall between lifting days. I haven't maxed anything in a while, but if I pull out the internet calculators, I'd squat 345, bench 245, and my deadlift max (which I have done, albeit awhile ago) is 325. There is probably room for improvement on that squat max, because 10 at 245 is pretty easy; the bench press (10 at 185) is not too bad either.

True. I was just hoping to get a little mind expansion going on. I guess the "maybe" indicates that I did. There is hope.

Oh, I get what you say about the possibility of having a rational discussion in that thread, but I figure wth I never know who else is just reading that might learn something. Thanks for the comments!

I agree. Pants pissing cowards the lot of them. I'm thankful, in a way, that they are around in that I don't tend to associate with bigots "in real life" so it is a reality check that these folks are still around.

Sometimes I feel like we are being trolled. I mean we would have a better handle on fungible molecules, but other than that, really?

What makes the clove ban even more egregious is that Obama has been acquainted with Indonesia through his family, where cloves are a traditional flavor. He must know full well that it isn't a children's ploy and doesn't bear resemblance to cotton-candy flavored cigarettes.

I REALLY did not want to post in that thread (racial profiling.) But I started getting an itch because some guy decided to talk about gene pools and who/what was considered smart.

I don't think I should of posted about the earnings though. Or rather, I shouldn't have. I'll just edit that part out so no one can use that info for ill use.

There is more to it than meets the eye (what you stated) but apparently I did not post that.

Mecha Robert Smith from The Cure battled Mecha-Yentl; the Super Best Friends created a giant stone John Wilkes Booth to battle the giant stone Abraham Lincoln conjured by David Blaine.

Well it was kind of live, the app was going to be used on the intraweb and people were already using it. The only reason it didn't get more exposure was because I got summoned by the Project Manager 5 mins after I emailed him to let him know his latest batch of "Add these features" was ready for review.

I would love to have a SBR but I am reluctant to jump through the NFA hoops. I would rather have a suppressor and am considering whether I want to go to the trouble. Where are you moving to?
