Yes, I figured you thought I was =) Nope, good ol' Swede through and through. I used Les Luthiers to learn Spanish, I'd watch with English subtitles and compare what I heard with what they wrote, and little by little, combined with taking classes in high school, I started getting to an acceptable level of understanding.

It is hard though if I encounter new material by them, I have to watch it a couple of times to get all of it. My Spanish is slowly dying these days, due to not using it enough. Les Luthiers helps keep it alive somewhat =)

No, I'm in Sweden. I've spent a lot of time in Spain, and discovered Les Luthiers there. Hoping to catch them in Madrid in September when they come, but we'll see. And you, where are you from?

We teach sex ed in our house when kids hit 2dn grade. When they're teenagers we tell them they should wait but realize they likely won't so we have a cookie jar under the bathroom sink full of condoms. We don't ask, just refill as needed. Our kids tell other kids "use a damn condom" lol. 11 kids and no teen pregnancies. You sould like you have good ideas.

Indeed. I felt like I should have contributed something to that thread myself several times, but I've just gotten sick of these anti-religious and specifically anti-Christian threads and have kind of given up on trying to convince people of anything regarding that subject. Even the politics subforum seems more open to differing opinions.
