I admire people with a strong ego because it seems like they can get things done that other people wouldn't attempt. It makes for a strong personality, though and it does have it's negatives, but if an egotistical person can harvest that passion to do things for themselves then they may be able to grow past the selfishness. I am trying to get to the "be nice to people" thing too. It seems hard for me to be nice to those close to me, but that is my problem.

As to anime, yes I do like it; however I know a lot more about it than I have really watched. What I mean by that is I know a lot of the tropes what the mainstream stuff is like, and the styles, but I have probably only watched about 15 series and some of the Studio Ghibli movies.

Hm sound like it's gonna take a little working to get you back to normal. I've been stalking you just a little (Well you've only been here a few days) and see similar traits.

The problem is actually the false pride for me. I like the very blunt and honest perspective you have and would encourage you to continue exploring the realms of your weaknesses. (Isn't that what narcissistic people do anyway?) As my INTJ friend says realizing the problem is the first step, then.. well you know the rest.
