I listen to audiobooks every day at work. If you're not averse to some pirating, try freeaudiobookbay.com, you'll never run out. Also, librivox.com has hundreds of public domain audiobooks for free. Low quality tho.
Ha! I've had this happen! And we both admitted that we always thought the other was saying two things, at once when we spoke. It was funny, but certainly stress. Not all introverts are, though.
