Oh, I don't know about that. Maybe it's because I am fully aware of my insecurities, but, even when I'm feeling a bit down and critical, I at least try to compliment attributes I wish I had in myself.

Well, you can take a multi-vitamin or buy vitamins and minerals individually. The ones that helped soften the blow and eventually cease my cramps were: B vitamins and magnesium. You have to take them daily and stick with it, then you'll notice a difference if b vitamin and magnesium deficiency were the cause of your cramps. Good luck! :-)
