It'll be my first bike, but I value my life and as such will take the MSF course and never ride without full gear. >.<
I know it's powerful, but I'm pretty careful... I have a feeling if I die it'll be because someone doesn't know which lane is theirs when coming around a corner on an interstate off-ramp, not because I decide to go 140 MPH and lose comtrol, or because I grab the throttle when hitting a pothole.
I mean... I AM trying to justify buying the bike I want, but I think I'm being fairly reasonable about it.
You know, until you realize the same argument I used above could be applied to a 'Busa or R1 or VMax or GSXR 1000 or whatever. >.<
Do you ride? What do you ride and how long have you been riding?
Just curious haha.
It's this weekend--Friday night dinner at 8 and Sat. starting at 1. I was thinking about hiking Saturday morning for anyone interested in heading up that way. I haven't had much time to go myself, but went yesterday and it felt great!
Yeah. Wish I didn't lol. By the time you actually learn the where's and why-fors....they've already traumatized you...but I suspect you're aware of that dynamic yourself.
Let's see...mom's big histrionic with narcissistic tendencies component...dad has antisocial (psychopath)...stepdad came into the picture...he's a narcissist...brother is antisocial (psychopath)...both sisters are histrionic with narcissistic tendencies. I had the privilege of dating two girls with borderline...the 2nd one had a heavy antisocial component.
The only reason I don't have a personality disorder is because I had a rich imagination and went into my own little world...but I'm an INTJ....and that's like having one foot in the grave of Ass Burgers sometimes...definitely eccentric...which in today's world of conformity isn't easy to deal with lol....
Also, having read "I hate you, don't leave me." and "The Narcissistic Family." Helped me a lot in terms of insight...especially the 2nd book.
