I can do the same thing Cat, with history and with people IRL. I'm guessing it's not a strong tertiary Fe at play but it is something else, because not all INFJs do this from this site.

I've gotten so filled up with an imagined scenario in my head that it pushes out my identity and i have to get out of my head by experiencing reality in a physical way to ground me, to shake it off.

I have a powerful imagination e.g., sights sounds etc.

    *Still thinking*

What do you think of ENTPs overall Cat? I've known two men and one was a little rough in the empathy department, and the other (my cousin) wasn't. The woman are fine. My ENTP friend was also raised in a very cold environment. One day he had his glasses torn off his face by a neighbor and that gave him a black eye. Another time someone called him a fat pus bag. He was misunderstood by some and was verbally confrontational ( no ENTP surprise here), but his motive was always good. He didn't sense the space i guess.

cat wrote: Fe is kind of a reactionary function, so it's always there. The way it might expose itself is dependent upon what you're studying. If you're studying history or philosophy or something similar in nature, your Fe will assign emotions to the subject and it will also put you in the place of your subject's shoes. This is a useful tool once you've learned how to articulate these emotions as it will give you the tools to research and write easily about such topics. Not so sure that it can help you in more objective subjects like math.

Empathy is pretty interesting and you know that happens pretty easy for me without much effort. I've been wondering if it's HSP in my case.

Lol sister wives, I think polygamy works for some people but that show used to amuse me. It was like 4 divorces going on at once. Meri obviously was the alpha though, poor thing though getting denied the right to try to have another baby by her husband. Wait I don't know if that season is on netflix yet... lol.
