i'm a renter, but have tried to buy dishwashers before. landlord wasn't hearing it.

you speak too of equality, cooking takes way more effort than washing dishes and there ARE women who can't cook. i was friends once with a gal that was an hideous cook. she also wanted to bear my child in an open bisexual relationship, but that's another story.

aim for efficiency. divide the labor to suit everyone's strength. i'll do the heavy lifting and reaching high shelves.

besides, as an INTJ, making food so delicious it brings tears to a SO's eye would be my way of showing love, and i really do believe love is a secret ingredient in food. that's why miss hottie couldn't cook.
