Ahh, yeah, I was lacking the right English expression of it.
In Germany NLP seems more to be concerned about the therapeutic approach than about the "full potential" of its methods and tools.
Actually I was somewhat surprised when I started my practitioner training and was suddenly surrounded by people who were looking for solutions for all those issues they were carrying along since their youth while I was looking only for a method to improve my communication skills... That was quite weird at times...
Nonetheless, what I have learned by working with those people of my course and by working on fixing their deep personal psychological issues was one of the most valuable lessons I ever learned about people.
The only open issue even after the master-practitioner course was: How does that hypnosis stuff really works?
I mean leading someone into trance is a piece of cake for me simply because I am a very suggestive person and the way how I can lead people into trance simply by using the tone of my voice was even astonishing for my hypnosis teacher but nobody could ever explain to me what the key really is to pull something off like Derren Brown does it.
What you've written in your post was really a break through for my understanding and I'm looking for a guinea-pig to hone that skill.
I don't know if you really understand what you've written to the same extend as I can understand it but in any case I can only encourage you to learn this stuff all the way! There is nothing better an INTJ can do to improve him/herself!
Anyway, thanks!
