What anime I look forward to watching?
Well the ones I really enjoyed are finished. The only anime I am following currently is Legend of Korra. Recently I have lacked the time to get into any other new series. Suggestions? Actually I shouldn't ask because I am extremely busy at the moment. Well not at this particular moment since I am on INTJf, but you know what I mean.
I read a few chapters of "Liar Game" and got interested, but because of time restraints I will watch the anime. -

Another anime I started watching was "Freezing". I think only one season has been produced. I have read about 60 chapters of the manga, but discontinued. Not because the story was boring, just didn't feel like it. I might go back to it. I think almost 100 chapters have been scanlated thus far. Maybe I am just outgrowing some titles.
Yeah, as you can see I am a shonen fan as well. I have tried a few seinen which start off really interesting but then abruptly get to graphic. To further my despair r@pe is popular. URGH! Disgusting! I tried a couple Josie and Shoujo (me being female and all) but they quickly become boring and repetitive. Sort of like paperback romance novels. Oh the horror!!!
Hellsing was actually too much for my taste, but thought I would mention it. I also watch a couple of episodes only to decide that it was too dark for me. -

It seems like we have similar tastes.
- Samurai X was the first anime I watched wholeheartedly and I loved it. The manga far exceeded the anime. After the Shishio arc the anime ceased to follow the manga and its quality dropped. If you wondered what happened to the characters read the manga when you have time. They are available free online.
- Avatar: The Last Airbender
- The Legend of Korra
- Inu Yasha (I read the manga. The anime follows it closely)
- Fairy Tale (Reading the manga and the anime is mostly faithful)
- Death Note
- Gundam Wing
Both Fate/Stay Night and Get Backers were very good too, but they weren't my absolute favs. I had a crush on Archer, though.
I read the FM Alchemist manga. FMA Brothehood follows the manga closely, at least that is what I have been told. -

Naruto and Bleach: Yes, the filler is rubbish. I am currently (although grudgingly) still following the manga. The stories are being dragged out and they are both becoming increasingly boring.
I have not read/watched Code Geass, but I hear that it is good.
Others which should be mentioned:
- Neon Genesis Evangelion: My feelings are mixed but it was quite memorable
- Elfen Lied
- Wolf's Rain
- Claymore
- Hellsing
I know what you mean about getting favourites off the top of your head. I am sure I forgot others.
These days I am following 3 manhwa (Korean equivalent of manga) and I am really enjoying those. Seems like you would prefer watching anime than reading manga. I don't blame you, it expedites things; but if you ever want to try a high quality manga or manhwa, let me know. I will give you links to the ones I consider "the best"
Too bad the manhwa I like don't have cartoon equivalents!

So what are your fav animes. Please do limit the list to less than 100. -
hehe - not a rumor, the truth! Found this image when replying to the thread that asked people to search their username then post the image that came up. This was mine.
