That's quite natural and very admirable that you have been able to work past much of it, a feat that takes quite a bit of work and courage, particularly concering the fact that you experienced it twice, you said. Were you ever in counselling for it or just worked through on your own?
Have your panic attacks/anxiety symptoms improved and do you still have frequent stresses to it? I hope you don't mind my asking, but it is interesting to hear about recovery as someone with an anxiety disorder and an interest in psychology.
