Thanks for the statistics. I haven’t considered the correlation between cultural environment and personality based on MBTI but it certainly makes sense now that you mentioned. If I must draw upon type stereotype, IMO most Singaporeans are SPs and SJs - brainwashed and denied the opportunity for individual thought through years of state influenced education and media. As for human resource, I’d think top management usually requires some form of developed intuitive and thinking function, wouldn’t it?

P.S. No wonder top management in MNCs all angmohs. Liddat how can?

Can't be helped. Fixating on my phone and thumbing away has proven itself the most effective conversation deterrence yet.

TBH I can't relate all aspects of my personality traits with being INTJ. I find the MBTI theory expanded, and corrupted with too many varied interpretations for it to be held in credible light. Would be nice if you can share your source for that article on Singaporeans though, sounds interesting.
