I've been doing the book for close to a month now, which has three variations on the primary series of ashtanga yoga.

It's got solid explanations of each move, and puts them all together at the end. From what I understand, the DVDs build upon said core series with moves of increasingly difficulty.

I've noticed that when ENTPs go "too far" in their love for argument that when they realize they've inadvertently hurt someone that they will go full on Fe and work very effectively to reverse the hurt and be super nice.

Definitely, what's worse I think is they pretend they hear us and are listening then go and do the exact opposite.

You have to have a guide so no option but a tour company. We lucked out and had a private tour for the price of a group tour. Group tours usually have 12 or more people (I woulda hated that) but we had a guide, cooks and bag carriers to ourselves.

I went with SAStravel reserve at least six months out they fill up fast and for god's sake don't go during wet season!

We did it during rainy season so it was very, very difficult. Definitely hire people to carry your packs and do during dry season. It was difficult but not impossible. I got dehydrated due to not drinking enough cause it was rainy and cold and got very, very sick by the end of the trail. Stay hydrated, take at least 3 days to aclimate in Cusco beforehand and you should be fine. 3 days of solid hiking plus a morning of hiking on the fourth.

Yeah that I remember, you're oblivious to the signals where I spot them a mile away whether they're actually there or not.

I have been told I am "too intense". Also told I am "intimidating". Kinda sucks, actually.
