Now I want some cat time

Lucky you. The best I can get is, becoming 'lord of all cats' whenever I visit friends who have them. Even shy cats emerge from their hiding places to sit in the lap of the lord, and purr their blessings for me

I have no pets, apartment rules...But the minute I make my fortune, or take over the world, it's cat time. It is very sad as a male to admit to cat appreciation, but their independence suits me down to the ground. Plus a purring cat, making biscuits, aaahhhh, what's not to like?

You have a veritable clowder of cats, how nice. I'm rather partial to the company of cats, they just do endearing things like poke their paws out from random places to grab at stuff, or fill a room with hidden purring until you find them lurking in a magazine rack.

Aw shame, that cat just looks like my dearly departed childhood kitty and is doing exactly what she used to do. Sleep in the bird bath and ignore the sparrows that would dive bomb her.
