I'm finding that many tools somewhat compliments each other, when used in knowledge areas such as eliciting requirements, validating and so forth. I believe my case study is just about complete. Now I'm going to help other team member put the finishing touch in our work.

I have a question, you posted before that you worked as a BA. Have you done structured Walkthrough (SWT)? Did you find it beneficial or inappropriate for the project? Can you share specific examples to illustrate?
