Not really. I'm left-handed myself. I mentioned left hand because it's not visible in the avatar.

Well I hope the UN chokes on, on... *thinks* Chokes on... Their fat paychecks (no, seriously--I find it highly offensive). Donor countries and their social security... Meh. I hope that fake IGO crashes. There's nothing that gets me more than collateral damage: be it crashing economies for profit or ruining an intern's life/career over office politics. Same thing, same pattern, same evil.

In my life, from my point-of-view, the surprises IGOs (in my case not NGOs) presented me were far more shocking. Those IGOs were much better at pretending they were something they are not. You want to get a job at a non-profit IGO helping people only to be bullied and hated for doing your job right. When you invest your retirement fund in equities, you know early on there will be a risk and you can get hurt (which is why you're supposed to have zero-to-low risk investments like CDs and government bonds on the side beforehand)... ♥

EDIT: Of course if you don't plan on having any dependents, it's not-so-irresponsible to invest a higher percentage on high-risk stuff. Sorry if I sound funny to you. It's just that I've stopped listening to people's promises/bullshittery and I speak from experience. Maybe your experiences have been different.

I know it's so much easier to hate an investments bank. But in my case, it was the humanitarian IGO that screwed me over and nearly got me homeless and now I'm investing to have a more financially secure life (I finally have insurance again after 4 years). The older I get, the grayer the world appears. Back in school, the UN was white and corporations were black. Now the UN is a darker shade of gray compared to private corporations/firms. Isn't life interesting? It's confusing and it harms me in so many ways because I always learn the hard way, but you've gotta admit it's amusing.

I've been too ill to go to Zion Park (I think it's called) where my husband went, and took these photos, but I'm working on getting well, so in time, eh?

Thanks for thinking and saying my Family is lovely: we're all we've got, and three is only a crowd when Gizmo whines to cuddle 'between us' like a human baby and new parents, we started the habit when he was only a few months old, and now we wished we hadn't :=] I have a deep tissue massage appt to go to in a few minutes--for my IT BAND Syndrome/injury... Then I'll have go, gratefully, to see your art. Thanks so much for sharing it. I'm copying the link onto an electronic post-it in case you want to delete it now.

I only did 'wild' with a few men, but it was mostly about survival after my Mom arranged my marriage to a future murderer (accused, or alleged, I have to say, right...), but otherwise, I'm an intellectual with a whacky sense of humor and tons of stories... Trustworthy in person.

Oh, hey, go to: www.photobucket.com/ to see my small fam: Husband, cat, me and some outdoor stuff....

Oh, also, I don't think you are 'vanilla' at all; I wouldn't say otherwise if I believed you were; I'd just pass it by, but if i do pass something you say to me by don't assume I'm in agreement, necessarily--I need a vision checkup, have been on disability meds for 10 years that have caused memory problems, and I miss a lot on Board, inc my Rep comments: play catch up when I find 'em!

No, but she is truly whacked: gave up all three kids for adoption (I pushed for two out of three because she hurt them so bad which hurt me like you wouldn't believe); does lots of drugs, is pathological liar; broke into my flat once with friends because, I quote, "What was I suppose to do, you weren't here to let me in?" I arrived and everybody was eating food, taking baths, putting on my makeup... She told a prostitute I called her a whore--prostitute kept knife in her boot; a childhood friend of the prossy stuck up for me, said, "Rocky" (my sis's nickname) is jealous of C---- so ignore her... Older sis thinks I'm a pussy, patsy... It goes on and on and on: we don't talk; image that?

I don't take much too seriously, or so I tell myself ^^. Honestly, I rather enjoy the rhetorical sparring that I get to do here.

What does a semi-pro do? Are they chunky? Because the only thing in the world that I like chunky is ass. My OCD is capturing time, I used to blog/write in my diary compulsively. But now my camera phone just saves a lot of my time. Speaking of time, I didn't know how bad time stamps are for photos until my bosses had an ENTIRE conversation over it. I showed them my little pink pocket camera and they liked my shots, they wanted to use them for publications. Then they started discussing how they'd take the time stamp out (they were going to get someone in a studio in LA to photoshop them out). It seemed like they'd have to go through so much trouble, time stamps must be really bad. I checked the office's website, and my photos were posted sans time stamp (cropped). I've certainly learned my lesson!

You mean you're waiting for iPad nano? Well, I heard you can make phone calls from a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. Your pics are gorgeous. I don't know how to make my cameras do that sort of thing. One of my old bosses said some of the pictures I take are National Geographic-worthy except that I turn the time stamp thing on all the time. And the time stamp thing makes my pics' value drop (like "DROP" drop, deal breaker drop). They do ruin pics, don't they? It's just that taking pictures is kind of OCD/OCPD for me. It's not even an art, it's like a weird compulsion to capture time. Creepy. Super creepy. LOL.
