    Happy Tuesday!
I thought House was cancelled long ago? House and Wilson driving off into the sunset on their bikes...

Rain must be a bitch on your knees but definitely better than snow that you can't ski on.

Happy Tuesday! I hope the snow has ceased and desisted.

I figured you'd have something in common with him as he IS your avatar.

Ouch, that sounds painful...at least you'll be rocking it like House if you get a cane.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! It's nice to be called youngster rather than old fart.
I have bad knees too (or at least they're heading that way-I'm still a young whipper snapper so not yet) I haven't found skiing to effect them...dancing and tennis on the other hand make me break out the Aspirin. Hibernating is my second favorite activity, independent of season. If you get the urge, don't let money stop you from snowboarding if you have good mountains in your area...my son's board only cost $60 used and there are always deals available for lift passes...in the house with a good book and a roaring fire is an excellent option as well.

I'm a girl I lose at distance peeing by default :LOL
Snowboarding looks fun! My kid does it, he's very clumsy (stupid N makes us all clumsy) hasn't killed himself yet...seems once you get the hang of it (a couple of weeks) you rarely fall down. My birthday's Friday. I'll be 40...pisssss

Hibernating is the usual INTJ go to solution

Also an excellent plan especially when accompanied by hot chocolate and teeny tiny marshmallows...I'm old too...haven't broken anything yet.

Yes, snow forts and tobogganing is fun when you're a kid. I joke not about the skiing...it changed my whole perspective about winter. Somehow the adrenaline rush makes me forget that I'm freezing my ass off in the great outdoors. I actually bought a seasons pass for Quebec next year...Quebec is much colder than Ontario but man do they have nice mountains...I sound crazy, I usually escape to somewhere warm during winter but now I've booked myself 3 weeks in one of the coldest places possible. Yup it's that addictive.

That does suck. Living in Canada, I know what you mean. This year I took up skiing and for the first time ever the winter didn't bother me.

Thanks! A slice of cake, a cold drink and good conversation did the trick (well almost).

A shame, it seems to have worked nicely for my MIL who suffers from very nasty migraines.
