I have my own
theory that the more aware you are of things/the world and how it works the harder it is to enjoy anything. Try to live in the moment and enjoy means forgetting many many other things for the moment.
Strength or weakness, I would say it's how things are. Maybe not for everybody but for a lot they are. Might have something to do with how many happy moments do we have daily/weekly/... and how many stressful and challenging moments do we have during the same time? 1:10? Who knows but no wonder it is harder for us to imagine nice things, be more affected by the few good moments we have when our lives are so stressful and many live alone, communication person to person getting supplemented by hey, talking online.
