my point was of course it is his business (it affects "his" life) but it is between him and his wife, which i mean to say that no, beating the man up is not worth it and saying it is because it is his business to does not justify it. the other man did not promise you loyalty or anything, he did not break an agreement with you, your wife did, so she should be the one addressed, and she should deal with the other man.
Great Scot, you're right. I know for certain that I once read an article that said that he was the only one in the band that studied music at school, but obviously it couldn't have been a very reputable source, as I have scoured the interwebs and not found anything about that. Or perhaps I simply misinterpreted it. I am ashamed of myself. ...But not really.
Also, Dostoevsky is brilliant. The Bros. K has to be my favourite novel ever. I recently started to collect his books. Right now, I have all the ones translated by Pevear and Volokhonsky, which I am given to understand are quite excellent. I've just started 'Demons' for the first time. And am in the middle of C&P. I just read 'Notes from Underground' for the first time. Boy, it was really something else. What a writer! Shalom.
