Maybe you can see parts on youtube. I have bought the disc long ago. Its Within Temptation with a full orchestra and a choir ^^ and around 21 songs: Jillian, Stand my Ground, Angels, Ice Queen, Mother Earth ... etc.. with very well done calm part with Forgiven, Somewhere (with a guest vocalist Anneke) and other things. Its a lovely concert, if you are a within temptation fan, better watch it
I start each day with sashimi & seaweed salad & fruit. Then other meals are some sort of protein & salad. I allow myself to eat whatever junk I feel like, so I eat Macca's about 2-3 times a week, cakes\chocolate & sweets about the same. Noodles & dumplings (har gow, sui mai etc..) maybe once per week. I dont believe in depriving myself of anything, so as long as the bones of my diet are good then I can have whatever I want. Works for me. I eat in small quantity but I eat often, prob every 2-3hrs.
Another thing is that Asian sweets have significantly less sugar in them than western style. And the sugar is usually a high fibre variety like palm sugar. Totally different effect on your body to white cane sugar. You never get that sugar rush from asian sweets.
