I don't think I would have phrased things as he does, but what he says and the way he says it is as clear or clearer than I could ever have made it.

Hey, got your comment on my post - didn't see a way to respond to it, so figured i'd go this route. Anyway, as I said, it was very helpful - I actually printed out a copy of it to keep in my truck (which is essentially my office). Hopefully it'll help me kick the perfectionist habit.
