Wonder if part of it has to do with relaxing and being open to connection, instead of attempting to create connection, where the greater balance resides in unsaid cues that resonate within us. Just thought of something that spans many INTPs. They appear to need a secure home-base (partner-warmth-security concept) to anchor to, prior to exploration. This way, if something frightens them or they need time to subsume information, they can detach and retract to home-base.

hello jennywocky. I cant get the other forum to log in properly, but I thought you might appreciate a quote I saw over at the some other forum today from an INTJ.
