Thank you, It's nice to get some good feedback. The contrast between nature and industrialization has always been a big theme in the poetic mode, so it was somewhat purposeful. Overall it was a really fun project, and opened my eyes to film-making.
Also, you should really check out Ludovico Einaudi's "Divenire". Every song on that album is beyond amazing. Again, thanks for the critique!

I got to borrow a 5D Mark II, and WOW! It was just amazing to shoot with, and the images gained a whole new level of depth and clarity.

It was a school project, where we chose one of six different modes of documentary. I chose the poetic mode, which is basically just a montage. I chose this because of my preference to photography.
Looking back at it now, there's lots of stuff I would have done differently. The rhythm of the cuts for example.

Look at what the Okinawans do. They work to 90+, and live to 100+, with almost no major diseases. Their kids who changed to Western lifestyles have become obese and with all the major health problem that Westerners have. So it's not genetic. And it WORKS!

Might I suggest self-defence classes? Human bone can be stronger than steel, if you know how to use it.
