always is towards the end of the semester. though odd, you're on the last two weeks, i'm on my first two weeks.

classes just started again today. i'm overworking myself so i can overwork myself later. that is, i'm taking full course loads now so i can take less later and start a part time job. having a bit of income, even if just a little, is always useful.

very good! college is going well and is enjoyable. been on winter break so i flew down to see my girlfriend.

Just finished watching the Black Butler series. The second season was so lame and disappointing compared to the first.

Cool avatar, I've just discovered Black Butler recently and I really find it a great anime. If you're a lover of history and Victorian mysteries that is.

Sure, I can accept machine learning and AI as fitting the definition of acquiring information through a learned process, though much of today's typical computer technology does not implement this. I will also accept that they have awareness, as it appears to fit within the definition, though I believe I was operating on a more in depth variation of awareness.

i haven't seen it around or w/e. they have the original on Netflix so that's how i've seen the first.

indeed. he was much more entertaining than Sebastian with his incessant usage of his only 2 cache phrases. that got old pretty quickly. even though he's just a supporting character. i haven't heard of the sequel, but generally sequels just don't turn out well. shoot, most animes over 1 season long cause me to lose interest by the 2nd.
