Necroposting is bringing up old threads. Two weeks is usually the limit, sometimes shorter or longer depending on the thread. Larger threads that are ongoing but has phases of "little replying" are okay to necro post in.
Do a google search. It's just some other approach to categorizing behaviors/motivations/etc which comprise "personalities". I'm less familiar with it than I am with the Meyers-Briggs.
