Oh I take Internets disagreements quite personally, and hold grudges forever.

Models by Mark Manson is the book on dating and is, in my opinion, the best self development material since Robbins' Personal Power. It's got everything you need for dating and relationships - the sanity of girls I've attracted has increased sharply since reading the book, and my general happiness level has increased a lot too.

Paul Dobransky's Mind OS is a great book on boundaries and courage. He has basically an identical message to Manson, but he says it in a nerdy way.

Personal Power is vastly underrated, and is what I turn to whenever I face a problem that seems insurmountable. The shit works.

The War of Art is a little known gem on perserverence and creativity.

I also routinely turn to Homer and Ian Flemming, and was greatly inspired by The Song of Achilles.

All of this is, incidentally, free thanks to the power of markets.

My reading list is a tad uninspired at the moment. Any recommendations?

    Thanks for sharing that. Fascinating.

What he really meant, though, was the other cheek of people's arses. Another subtlety that was lost in translations.

The question was about moderation of the thread, it wasn't about what you think of him or anything else. There's no need for an argument between non-moderators about is and is not appropriate in a support and feedback thread.

The entire post was non-constructive and off-topic. Just trying to prevent an unnecessary flame war when it can be answered better by mods/admins.

Nor is making a post with no meaningful content other than "hey, look, I'm asexual so I'm better than this" in every single thread you can possibly make it relevant to. I've come across at least 10 of those posts just in the last three days (though that doesn't mean you actually made the posts in the last three days), and I'm sure I'm not the only one getting tired of reading about it. I'd expect no less of everyone else if I started doing anything like that, and would make (and have made) similar comments to other people whose one-line posts were similarly repetitive.

Apparently it's harder to artfully dodge the no flaming rule when I'm so drunk I'm posting things I don't even remember.
