No, by definition, a person cannot be both fat and healthy at the same time. A person can be muscular and look big, but the muscles the person has compensate for the extra food they need to eat. Fat that is just fat doesn't really do anything for you unless you are stuck on a deserted island and have no food. Now, a person can also be overweight (fat) and working to get trimmed down. In that case, a person can be on the way to becoming healthier while still being overweight. In the end though, extra body weight is detrimental to positive long term health.
