Sounds like Descartes 'I think therefore I am' applied to the universe and God. What can we really say about the nature of our sense data beyond the fact that it is all suspect. What can we really say about events that seem to defy nature beyond the fact that their nature is suspect.

Yeah I guess breaking into a market and building a reputation is among the hardest things for a new venture to achieve. Still if you have a USP that fulfils a genuine need and can show a company clearly how you're adding value I'm sure many of them will realise that.
I'll tell you what we need, a pair of VR glasses a bit like Google glass that you pick up and wear as you enter a store which then augments the shop environment. Prices, colour schemes, offers based on past purchasing history, directions etc etc could then all be personalised to the individual shopper and run from a central server.
That might require a little R&D investment though
