as to dying, i was at a party as a kid, someone used the french onion dip as an ashtray. i was a supertaster raised in an "everything has to be cooked with milk bland household, with more milk to drink instead of juice or soda or even pickle juice! i tried to get every last bit of dip that i could, and then i started chain vomiting until i had an out of body experience. i'd actually forgotten the incident until just last year when something brought it back to me. at least now i'll know what to expect and won't be freaked out when i become pure consciousness again.

i've died once myself, so that doesn't impress me, though if you gained any knowledge no one else believes, i'd find it interesting. i know what you mean about the disruptive thinking thing. people in oregon have a tendency to talk right over you that drives me bonkers.

Easy just ignore everyone for the opposite reason; b/c you can't read anything . Hyperbole. Just can't read it a lot of the time. You should learn poker then, a lot of it is about body language/reading faces.

Depends on their reaction. If they plainly say "I am hurt by what you said" I would apologize and explain what I meant. If they continue arguing and get more emotional, my assumption would be that they're trying to make a failing argument. But I can't differentiate desperately defending with "I don't want to talk about this."

I can take a guess but I'm not particularly good at it. Someone else on this forum pointed out I may be a minor Aspie from my arguments and I could see that in real life. Often I don't pick up when a discussion is turning into an argument when someone is getting offended. I still think it's a regular discussion until someone bursts.
