I'm from Czech, everything is a bit backwards, late, not so up to date here.
Sure there are some but it's a really really closed small community. I even watched a video some month ago and they explained it a bit, all this stuff has to start here one day.

I tried to search just briefly and only found some rubbish shops with japanese pictures or I don't know what.

The only thing similar are medieval themed role playing games, where people go dressed up and fight and what not, usually just fight.

It's a sort of traditional country, new things and foreign stuff gets here slowly
